Mas empresas y mas prensa / More companies and more press
Lo bonito de Teaming es que el proyecto solo necesita acción (es decir empresas y colectivos que lo aplican) y difusión para que cada vez mas gente sepa lo facil que es ayudar trabajando en equipo. Por eso hoy ya tenia un dia feliz, ya que me contactó Sergio de Fibanc para si puedo ayudar a poner en marcha el Teaming (claro que si!) y el diario argentino “La Nación” para hacerme una entrevista sobre la idea. Aqui estamos hablando de una empresa grande y un diario gigante, pero no hay que olvidar que es igual de importante que todo el mundo lo mueve, también en empresas y equipos pequeños, y que todo el mundo lo difunde, aunque sea contarlo a un amigo. Es mas importante pensar en este principio, en lugar de pensar en cifras grandes…

The nice thing on Teaming is that the project only needs action (i.e. companies and other teams applying it) and communication so that more and more people know how easy it is to help working as a team. That’s why today was a happy day, because I was contacted by Sergio from Fibanc asking if I could help starting up Teaming (ofcourse!) and the Argentinian newspaper “La Nación” for an interview about the idea. Here we are talking about a big company and a huge newspaper, although we shouldn’t forget that it is equally important that everybody moves the idea (also small companies and groups) and that everybody spreads the idea, eventhough you just tell it to a friend. It’s more important to bear in mind this principal rather than only thinking about big numbers…
