Una mañana llena de Teaming e ilusión / A morning full of Teaming and illusion
A veces pasan muchas cosas positivas para el Teaming a la vez y a veces es dificil destacar una en concreto. Por eso un pequeño resumen de unas cuantas noticias bonitas que me llegaron esta mañana… Primero un mail de Roser confirmandome que ya esta moviendo el Teaming en Catsalud. Me envió la carta (muy bonita y bien explicado) que escribió a sus compañeros y seguro que habrá un resultado muy bueno. Despues estaba en un debate sobre Responsabilidad Social en Badalona TV y en el programa mismo me confirmaron otros invitados de MRW y BSA que ya estaban haciendo el Teaming y que las reacciones en estas empresas son muy positivas! Despues una reunión con Sergio de Fibanc que también dará los primeros pasos con sus compañeros y aparte de todo esto una llamada especial. Me pidieron si mi hija Monica puede colaborar en un libro benefico donde niños discapacitados hacen pinturas de su manera. Lo último no es un ejemplo de Teaming, pero simplemente me hace mucha ilusión como padre!_____________________________________________________
Sometimes so many positive things for Teaming are going on at the same time, which makes it difficult to emphasize on only one concrete matter. That’s why I hereby give a quick resume of some nice news I learned this morning. First of all a mail from Roser confirming that she is already moving Teaming within Catsalud, the Catalan Department of Health. She sent me a letter (very nice and well explained) she wrote to her colleagues and sure there will be a very good result. Besides that I was in a debate about Corporate Social Responsibility on Badalona TV and during the program I was told by the participants from the companies BSA and MRW that they are already doing Teaming and that the reactions are very positive! After that a meeting with Sergio from Fibanc who is working on the first steps to start up Teaming with his colleagues and apart from that a special call. I was asked if my daughter Monica could collaborate with a charity book, where disabled children make paintings on their own way. This is not a tipical example of Teaming but as a father this just gave me a very big illusion!
