Heroes silenciosos / Silent heroes
Cuando hace 2 semanas estaba en Holanda en unas reuniones y presentaciones de Samhoud, su Director General Salem Samhoud quería destacar los “heroes silenciosos” para su empresa. Personas que estan haciendo un trabajo muy importante que no se ve cada dia. Ayer yo estaba con dos de estos heroes silenciosos para el Teaming. Maite Felices y Joan Planas. Hace años ellos eran los primeros que realmente entendian mi idea y han ayudado mucho (y lo siguien haciendo) en estructurar, mejorar y visualizar el Teaming. Conjuntamente hemos vivido muchos momentos en que lo mas normal hubiera sido tirrar la toalla, pero ellos siempre me han motivado para seguir. Gracias Maite y Joan!!

When I was in Holland 2 weeks ago asisting some meetings and presentations within Samhoud, their Managing Director Salem Samhoud wanted to highlight the “silent heroes” for his company. People who are doing a very important job that cannot be seen every day. Yesterday I was with two of these silent heroes for Teaming. Maite Felices and Joan Planas. Years ago they were actually the first ones who understood well my idea and have helped a lot (and keep on doing so) to structure, improve and visualize Teaming. Together we have experienced many moments in which the normal thing would have een giving up, but they always have motivated me to go on. Thanks Maite and Joan!!
Una cadena de buena gente / A chain of good people
Una de las cosas mas bonitas del Teaming es que cada dia voy conociendo a mas gente maravillosa…Es como una cadena de buena gente que va creciendo. Gente que cree en la idea y con energia para ayudar como puedan. Parece que el Teaming genera una energia positiva que atraye a gente como por ejemplo Ana Maria y Natalia. Ya conocí a Ana Maria Estragues (es Chilena, se dedica a la estética y belleza y además trabaja en el mundo de la comunicación y protocolo. Ayuda mucho con la difusión del Teaming) y hoy me quería presentar a su amiga Natalia Idelsohn que ha escrito el libro “Siempre Jugando” sobre el misterio de la vida. Sin entrar en detalle solo me gustaría decir que el encuentro de hoy era especial. A veces hay gente que me pregunta “que recibes a cambio trabajando en el Teaming?” Mi respuesta es muy sencilla… conocer cada dia a gente como Ana Maria o Natalia!

One of the nicest things on Teaming is that I am meeting every day great people… It is like a growing chain of good people. People who believe in the idea and with energy to help wherever they can. It looks like Teaming is generating a kind of positive energy that attracts people like for example Ana Maria and Natalia. I already knew Ana Maria Estragues (she is from Chile works in the beauty and wellness sector as well as in communication and protocols. She helps a lot spreading Teaming) and today she presented me to her friend Natalia Idelsohn who wrote the book “Always Playing” about the mistery of life. Leaving apart the details I would only like to say that today’s meeting was special. Sometimes people ask me “what do you get back for working on Teaming?” The answer is very simple ….knowing people every day like Natalia and Ana Maria!
Mas arboles via Teaming / More trees through Teaming
Esta mañana tenia una reunión muy interesante con Andy y Max (foto derecha) de Tree-nation ( www.tree-nation.com ) donde su misión es plantar arboles nuevos en la tierra via una comunidad fuerte que esta creciendo cada dia. Ellos ofrecieron una idea muy original y buena para el Teaming: plantar un arbol nuevo por cada nuevo caso de Teaming que nazca! Es un incentivo muy bonito y seguro que pronto vais a encontrar mas detalles en la web nueva de Teaming sobre esta iniciativa! Gracias Andy y Max!

This morning I had an interesting meeting with Andy and Max (image on the right) from Tree-nation (www.tree-nation.com) where their mission is planting new trees around the world through a strong community that is growing every day. They offered a very original and nice idea to Teaming: plant a new tree for every new teaming case that will be born! This is a very nice incentive and I am sure that soon you will find more details on the new Teaming web site about this iniciative! Thanks Andy and Max!
Una propuesta increible / An incredible proposal
Me llamó Adolfo del grupo “Bienvenida Expo Zaragoza” porque estan pensando en una propuesta de hacer Teaming con los visitantes del Expo Zaragoza 2008! Me dijo que han conocido la idea y les encantaría aplicarlo a lo grande en su evento. Hemos quedado vernos en la ultima semana de julio en Barcelona y principios de septiembre en Zaragoza para detallar y concretar. Esto realmente sería estupendo para el Teaming!! Muchos Euros para ayudar y mucha difusión internacional!

I was contacted by Adolfo from the group “Welcome Expo Zaragoza” because they are considering the proposal to do Teaming with the visitors of Expo Zaragoza 2008! He told me that they just learned about the idea and they would love to apply it on a large scale within their event. We agreed to meet by the end of July in Barcelona as well as the beginning of September in Zaragoza to discuss and concrete details. This would be really fantastic for Teaming!! Many Euros for aid and a great international exposure!
La cocinas de Moluanda / Moluanda’s kitchens
Esta mañana tenia una reunión con Montse y David (foto) de la empresa Moluanda ( http://www.moluanda.com/ ) junto con Wouter de Huete&Samhoud sobre un paso muy importante para el Teaming. Estan desarrollando un programa que cubrirá 2 temas que ahora faltan en Teaming.info … 1) cuantificar el Teaming. Pronto podremos ver lo que el Teaming genera cada mes, que empresas y colectivos participan, para que ong’s, etc. 2) tener una comunidad de Teaming. Un espacio interactivo donde habrá videos, historias, fotos, testimonios, etc. de gente que practica el Teaming. Esta mañana hemos visto 2 cocinas diferentes de Moluanda. Primero la autentica con nevera y cafetera incluida donde nos hemos reunido. Y segundo el espacio donde diseñan y desarrollan sus programas. Era impresionante ver las cosas que hacen! Estoy seguro que Moluanda hará el Teaming mucho mas grande. Gracias Montse y David!

This morning I had a meeting with Montse and David (image) from the company Moluanda ( http://www.moluanda.com/ ) together with Wouter from Huete&Samhoud about a very important step for Teaming. They are developing a program that will cover 2 important items, currently missing within Teaming.info … 1) Quantifying Teaming. Soon we will be able to see how much Teaming generates each month, which companies and other teams participate, for which ngo’s, etc. 2) Having a Teaming community. An interactive space where videos, stories, images, statements can be watched from people practicing Teaming. This morning we’ve seen 2 different kitchens of Moluanda. First of all the original one, with fridge and coffee maker included, where we had our meeting. And apart from that the place where they design and develop their programs. It was incredible to see the things they do! I am convinced that Molunada will make Teaming much bigger. Thanks Montse and David!

Hoy la empresa Huete&Samhoud ha hecho otra acción para apoyar el Teamig. Han enviado este newsletter http://www.ilusionybeneficios.com/huetesamhoud0703.htm a toda su base datos en España y Latino America para informar a sus contactos sobre el Teaming y nuestra colaboración. Tengo que decir que desde Salem Samhoud (foto) ha decidido apoyar el Teaming a traves de sus empresas, las acciones son diarias. En Holanda se esta trabajando fuerte con un equipo de gente en la traducción del libro, contactando con sus clientes y el lanzamiento general del Teaming este otoño. Today the company Huete&Samhoud realised another action to support Teaming. This newsletter (in Spanish) http://www.ilusionybeneficios.com/huetesamhoud0703.htm was sent to their entire data base In Spain and Latin America to inform their contacts about Teaming and our collaboration. I have to say that since Salem Samhoud (image) decided to give support to Teaming through his companies, the actions are daily. In Holland a team of people is strongly working on the translation of the book, contacting their clients as well as the general launch of Teaming this autumn. Teaming en el ayuntamiento de Sabadell / Teaming in the Sabadell Townhall
Esta mañana me ha entrevistado Clara Borell de Radio Sabadell. Cuando entraba en Sabadell ciudad me dí cuenta cuantas empresas grandes hay en esta zona y no podia evitar pensar en cuanto Teaming se podría hacer aqui. Estoy acostumbrado en pensar que todo esto ya pasará en el futuro insistiendo con la difusión de la idea y a veces olvido que en muchos casos el Teaming ya funciona! Por ejemplo despues de la entrevista la Clara me preguntó “sabias que ya estan haciendo el Teaming en el ayuntamiento de Sabadell?” Contesté que no lo sabia pero genial!!

This morning I was interviewed by Clara Borell from Radio Sabadell. When I drove into Sabadell city I realised how many big companies there are in this area and I couldn’t avoid thinking about how much Teaming could be done here. I am used to think that all this will happen in the future if I just insist spreading the idea and sometimes I forget that in many cases Teaming already works! For example after the interview Clara asked me “if I knew that the Sabadell Townhall is already applying Teaming?” I answered that I didn’t know buy fantastic!
Reunión sobre Teaming.info / Meeting about Teaming.info
Esta mañana tenia una reunión en la agencia de publicidad Kreatia con Lobke y Sebas (foto derecha) donde desarrollaron y mantienen la web Teaming.info. He ido junto con Anne y Wouter (foto izquierda) de la empresa Huete&Samhoud que apoyan el Teaming en todo desde el 1 de junio. Anne ya ha traducido la web en holandés y Wouter esta trabajando diariamente en el desarrollo internacional con sus compañeros en Holanda y ya se nota los resultados! Entre los cinco hemos hablado en que puntos podemos mejorar la web, pero logicamente también sería muy interesante recibir sugerencias de los visitantes y practicantes del Teaming. This morning I had a meeting at the advertising agency Kreatia with Lobke and Sebas (image on the right) where the web site Teaming.info was developed and is maintained. I went together with Anne and Wouter (image on the left) from Huete&Samhoud who strongly supports Teaming as from June the 1st. Anne already translated the web into Dutch and Wouter is daily working on the international development together with his colleagues in the Netherlands and we already can notice the results! The five of us discussed about on which points the web site can be improved, but logically it is also very interesting to receive suggestions from our visitors and people practicing Teaming.
