31/3: Vender Teaming / Selling Teaming
A veces hay personas en fundaciones y ong’s que opinan que es dificil de conseguir ayuda a través de las empresas porque alli solo piensan en ganar dinero y no en ayudar a la gente… No estoy muy de acuerdo porque cada dia veo que casi todo el mundo tiene buena voluntad para ayudar pero normalmente falta la información y el tiempo. Dos problemas que se puede solucionar haciendo Teaming y asi incluso los jefes de ventas enseñan su actitud positiva! Como José Nogueras, jefe de ventas para Nissan quién ya esta moviendo el Teaming en su zona y quién dijo “estoy acostumbrado a convencer clientes y esta vez voy a convencer a mis compañeros.” Que bien! Le he puesto en contacto con su compañero Frans Luuk Brouwers en Paris quién ya esta aplicando la idea en Francia y Holanda para que juntos desarrollen mas Teaming en esta multinacional. Sometimes there are persons within foundations or ngo’s who are of the opinion that it is difficult to achieve aid through the companies because there they only think about making money and not about helping people… I do not agree because I see every day that almost everybody has a good will to help but normally there is a lack of information and time. Two problems that can be solved doing Teaming and this way even sales managers show their positive attitude! Like José Nogueras, sales manager for Nissan who is already moving Teaming in his area and who said “I am used to convince clients and this time I am going to convince my colleagues” Great! I put him in contact with his colleague Frans Luuk Brouwers in Paris who is already applying the idea in France and Holland so that together they can develop more Teaming withing this multinational. 29/3: Gran apoyo en Alemania / Great support in Germany
Uno de los paises donde el Teaming mas sube ultimamente es Alemania. No solo lo digo por las visitas a la web desde este pais que se estan multiplicando cada semana, sino también por los mensajes que me llegan. La semana pasada ya hablé de Sven quién esta moviendo el Teaming en la multinacional TUI y ayer incluso recibí una invitación de Till Behnke para venir a Berlin este verano para presentar la idea a la prensa durante el lanzamiento de su fundación Betterplace. Vale la pena visitar su web http://www.betterplace.org/ para ver lo profesional y potente que es este proyecto solidario. Gracias a sus partners como por ejemplo Daimler Financial Services o Ernst & Young y acuerdos con diferentes medios fuertes desarrollarán grandes campañas de comunicación en todo Alemania donde también ofrecen incluir el Teaming. One of the countries where Teaming rises most lately is Germany. I don’t say this only because of the visits to the web site from this country that are multiplying every week, but also because of the messages I receive. Last week I already talked about Sven who is moving Teaming within the multinational TUI and yesterday I even received an invitation from Till Behnke to come over to Berlin this Summer to present the idea to the press during the launch of their foundation Betterplace. It is worth visiting their web http://www.betterplace.org/ to see how professional and powerful this charitable project is. Thanks to their partners like for example Daimler Financial Services or Ernst & Young as well as agreements with different strong media partners they will develop big communication campaigns all over Germany where they also offer to include Teaming. Many thanks Till and your entire team! Sure that thanks to Betterplace there will be a Teaming boom in Germany as from this Summer. See you soon in Berlin!
28/3: Espectacular! / Spectaculair!
Es muy buena señal que ya no tengo idea de cómo la gente conoce el Teaming. Me llegan casos concretos de sitios donde nunca he estado y donde no conozco a nadie. Asi recibí por ejemplo un mail desde Ciudad Real de la empresa de limpieza Sauce Servicios Intergrales confirmando que ya estan haciendo el Teaming o desde Suiza me llegó una lista de preguntas de Claudia porque desde el departamento de RRHH estan analizando cómo mover la idea en su empresa Movenpick! Pero aún mas sorprendente era una mail de Jorge Urios de la empresa Vanios Consulting en Madrid que también ya hace Teaming. Para ayudar a difundir la idea Jorge me ha pedido autorización de incluir el Teaming en una charla que tiene que hacer el 2 de abril en Madrid http://www.iir-cit.com/programa.asp?sec=3 a un publico muy interesante. Simplemente quiere acabar su presentación sobre technologia invitando a los asistentes a hacer Teaming en sus empresas, explicando que es y como funciona. It’s a very good sign that I that I don’t have an idea anymore of how people know about Teaming. I am receiving concrete cases from places I have never been to or where I don’t know anybody. I got for example a mail from Ciudad Real from the cleaning company Sauce Servicios Integrales confirming that they already do Teaming or from Switserland I received a list with questions from Claudia because through their HR department they are analising how to move the idea in their company Movenpick! But even more surprising was a mail from Jorge Urios of the company Vanios Consulting in Madrid where they also already do Teaming. In order to help spreading the idea Jorge asked me authorization to incluide Teaming in a presentation he has to do on April the 2nd in Madrid http://www.iir-cit.com/programa.asp?sec=3 to a very interesting public. He simply wants to finish his speech about technology inviting the assistants to do Teaming in their companies, telling what it is and how it works. I think this is spectaculair, many thanks Jorge!
