2/4: Teorías muy diferentes / Very different theories
Normalmente empiezo el dia mirando las estadisticas de la web para ver como crece el Teaming en que paises y sobre todo para saber de nuevos links. Ayer encontré una muy curiosa. En esta web http://el-secreto.org/la_ley_de_maat-t1813.0.html explican que es la Ley de Maat que se ejecutaba en el antiguo Egipto y esta basado en lo que el Universo te da si tu das. En este foro Farners ha hablado de Teaming confirmando que ya lo esta aplicando con sus compañeros en su empresa! Despues de leer esto me fuí a la Universidad de Barcelona donde tenia una reunión con José Navarro del Departamento de Psicologia Social quién me invitó a dar una clase en mayo para los estudiantes de RRHH para enseñar que el Teaming es un metodo para medir la capacidad del trabajo en equipo y cómo la idea conecta a los compañeros y genera un clima de trabajo positivo. Comparado con la Ley de Maat es una teoría muy diferente pero con la misma conclusión: es bueno hacer Teaming! Un mensaje que compartiré el 10 de abril en Madrid en el Comité Internacional de Prosegur quienes me invitaron ayer a venir y hablar de Teaming. Contaré que aplicar la idea será bueno para esta empresa estimulando el trabajo en equipo pero que también es importante segun las leyes del Universo, no olvidando que lo mejor de todo es que las micro donaciones en equipo van a generar ayuda cada mes sin esfuerzo de nadie…

Normally I start the day checking the web statistics to see how Teaming grows, in which countries and especially to know about new links. Yesterday I found a very curious one. At this web http://el-secreto.org/la_ley_de_maat-t1813.0.html it is explained what the Principle of Maat is which was executed in the ancient Egypt and is based on what the Univers gives to you when you give. In this forum Farners talked about Teaming confirming that she is already applying it with her colleagues in her company! After reading this I went to the University of Barcelona where I had a meeting with José Navarro of the Social Psychology Department who invited me to give a lesson in May for the HR students to teach that Teaming is a method to measure the teamwork capacity and how the idea connects colleagues and generates a positive working climate. Compared to the Principle of Maat this is a very different theory but with the same conclusion: it’s good to do Teaming! A message I will share on April the 10th in Madrid at the International Committee of Prosegur where they invited me yesterday to come over and talk about Teaming. I will tell that applying the idea will be good for this company stimulating teamwork but that it is also important according to the laws of Universe, not forgetting that the best thing is that the team micro donations will generate aid every month without anybody’s effort…
