24/4: Siempre positivo! / Always positive!
Recibí un mail de Felix Soto del diario Ecolecua ( http://www.ecolecua.com.do/portada/ ) en la Republica Dominicana diciendo que quieren publicar un articulo sobre el Teaming porque ellos unicamente difunden noticias postivas! Me encanta este tipo de medios de comunicación y no podía evitar pensar en la famosa frase (al menos en España y Holanda) de Louis van Gaal “Nunca positivo, siempre negativo” acusando a la prensa de que solo escriben sobre las cosas malas. Esto ya hace 10 años y Felix Soto demuestra que los tiempos cambian! Por cierto en el 98 (cuando nació Mónica…) Louis escribió el prologo de mi libro “40 horas en 90 minutos” en que hablo de la importancia del trabajo en equipo y no me podía imaginar que esta experiencia sería tan positiva para crear el Teaming. Pero volviendo al mail de Felix me encanta ver que el Teaming tiene un desarrollo tan positivo también en la Republica Dominicana. Van subiendo las visitas y mensajes desde alli y ya escribí en este blog que la multinacional alemana Brose esta haciendo Teaming para la construcción de un colegio en Quisqueya y la semana pasada desde Punta Cana recibí de la empresa Iberostar una copia de la carta que han dado a sus empleados para empezar el Teaming y sugerir proyectos locales. Desde hace unos años ya no tengo contacto con Louis van Gaal, pero le voy a enviar estas noticias porque es todo siempre positivo!

I received a mail from Felix Soto of the newspaper Ecolecua ( http://www.ecolecua.com.do/portada/ ) in the Dominican Republic telling that they want to publish an article about Teaming because they only spread positive news! I love these kind of media and I couldn’t avoid thinking about the famous phrase (at least in Spain and Holland) of Louis van Gaal “Never positive, always negative” accusing the press that they only write about bad things. This is already 10 years ago and Felix Soto shows that times are changing! By the way in 98 (when Mónica was born…) Louis wrote the prologue of my book “40 hours in 90 minutes” in which I talk about the importance of teamwork and I could not imagine that this experience would be so positive for creating Teaming. But going back to the mail of Felix I love to see that Teaming has such a positive development also in the Dominican Republic. The visits and messages are rising from there and I already wrote at this blog that the German multinational Brose is doing Teaming for the construction of a school in Quisqueya and last week from Punta Cana I received from the company Iberostar a copy of the letter they gave their employees to start Teaming and suggest local projects. Since some years I don’t have contact with Louis van Gaal anymore, but I will send him this news because it’s all always positive!
