25/4: Precioso! / Beautiful!
Ayer me reuní con Pilar y Carla de Karusa que organiza el Salon Internacional de Economia Social ( http://www.salo-sies.com/ ) donde estoy invitado a hablar del Teaming. Para mi lo mas bonito de este encuentro fue cuando Pilar explicó su propio caso Teaming. Me enseñó fotos de cómo en su club de motoristas cada persona ha dado un juguete y como el total lo han llevado en grupo a un hospital infantil. Precioso! Teaming es hacer micro donaciones en equipo. Esta mini donación puede ser una cantidad simbolica por persona, un juegete e incluso una hora (ver http://blog.teaming.info/2007/12/10/1012-teaming-donando-horas-teaming-donating-hours/ ) y el equipo puede ser compañeros de trabajo, niños de un colegio, clubs deportivos, familias, etc. Carla dijo que ella hará el Teaming con sus amigos y asi puedo seguir. Pilar explicó que era emocionante ver personalmente quién recibe las donaciones y también compartir esta experiencia con sus amigos motoristas. Segun ella este contacto directo tiene un valor mucho mas grande que individualmente transferir dinero a una organización donde no conoces a nadie. Es un ejemplo mas de que todo el mundo puede empezar el Teaming hoy y que trabajando en equipo un minimo esfuerzo por persona puede generar una maxima felicidad para mucha gente!

Yesterday I met with Pilar and Carla from Karusa that organises the International Salon of Social Economy ( http://www.salo-sies.com/ ) where I am invited to talk about Teaming. To me the nicest thing of this meeting was when Pilar explained her own Teaming case. She showed me photos of how every person withing her motorcycle club gave a toy and how the total was brought as a group to a childrens hospital. Beautiful! Teaming is doing micro donations by a team. This mini donation can be a symbolic amount per person, a toy or even an hour (see http://blog.teaming.info/2007/12/10/1012-teaming-donando-horas-teaming-donating-hours/ ) and the team can be colleagues, children from a school, sports clubs, families, etc. Carla told that she will do Teaming with her friends and I could go on like this. Pilar explained that it was exciting to see personally who receives the donations and also sharing this experience with her motorcycle friends. According to her this personal contact has a much bigger value than individually transferring money to an organisation where you don’t know anybody. This is another example that everybody can start Teaming today and that working as a team a minimum effort per person can generate a maximum hapiness to many people!
