27/4: Sin ser extremo / Without being extreme
Me gusta mucho cuando una empresa Teaming me invita a su convención para explicar la idea a todo el personal porque siempre genera un resultado muy directo. Esta mañana estaba en el evento del Grupo Casanova y era un lujo tener mas de una hora para hablar de cómo funciona el Teaming y también sobre cómo la idea nació gracias a mi hija Mónica. Uno de los empleados me preguntó si estaba de acuerdo que normalmente primero nos tiene que pasar algo terrible (como un accidente o una enfermedad) para empezar a construir un proyecto solidario y le contesté que estaba muy de acuerdo y que es cierto que detrás de cada ong o fundación casi siempre hay una historia personal. De vuelta a casa estaba revisando los mails y hubo un comentario de Sander de Eindhoven, Holanda (moviendo el Teaming en Parade Media Group) que también podía haber sido una respuesta a la pregunta de esta mañana. Me escribió que ve el Teaming como una nueva manera de ser solidario sobre todo para gente que aún no colaboraba con una fundación y segun el no hace falta convertirnos de golpe en Madre Teresa para mejorar el mundo! Estoy de acuerdo que trabajando en equipo no hace falta ser muy extremo, ni experiencias traumaticas para empezar a ayudar…

I like it very much when a Teaming company invites me to their convention to explain the idea to all the staff because this always generates a very direct result. This morning I was at the event of Grupo Casanova and it was a luxury to have more than an hour to talk about how Teaming works and also about how the idea was born thanks to my daughter Mónica. One of the employees asked me if I agreed that normally first something terrible (like an accident or illness) has to happen to us to construct a solidary project and I answered him that I very much agree and that it’s true that behind every ngo or foundation there is almost always a personal story. Back home I was going through the mails and there was a comment of Sander from Eindhoven, Holland (moving Teaming in Parade Media Group) which also could have been an answer to this morning’s question. He wrote me that he sees Teaming like a new way to be solidary especially for people who still weren’t collaborating with a foundation and according to him we don’t need to convert suddenly into Mother Teresa to improve the world! I agree that working as a team we don’t need to be very extreme and we don’t need traumatic experiences to start helping…
