29/4: Unir compañeros / Uniting colleagues
Hace un año Elisabet Pedrosa de Catalunya Radio me hice una entrevista que causó mucho Teaming y entonces no sabía que ella también tiene una hija especial. Gina nació con el Sindrome de Rett y como madre y profesional Elisabet esta luchando mucho para la fundación donde tratan a niños como su hija. Una de sus acciones ha sido aplicar el Teaming y ella me contó que la experiencia fue muy positiva. No solo por la cantidad de compañeros que se apuntaron, sino sobre todo por la calidad de los mensajes. Muchos compañeros no sabían que Elisabet tiene este problema en casa y me dijo que gracias al Teaming había unión con compañeros donde antes había mas distancia. Ayer me envió un mail diciendo que su caso Teaming incluso ha extendido a la Corporación de Radio y Televisión donde aparte de pedir voluntariamente 1€ al mes a todo el personal han comprado 500 de sus libros sobre Gina y los ofrecen internamente por el precio Teaming de 1€. Es un ejemplo mas de que una vez que Teaming esta en marcha solo puede crecer! Por cierto desde Amsterdam me contactó Wieneke para una entrevista en el programa Pauw en Witteman (entre los mas conocidos en Holanda) y ojala genere tanto Teaming como hizo la entrevista de Elisabet!

A year ago Elisabet Pedrosa from Catalunya Radio interviewed me which caused a lot of Teaming and by then I didn’t know that she also has a special daughter. Gina was born with the Rett Sindrome and as a mother and professional she is fighting a lot for the foundation where they treat children like her daughter. One of her actions has been applying Teaming and she told me that the experience was very positive. Not only because of the quantity of colleagues that signed up, but especially because of the quality of the messages. Many colleagues didn’t know that Elisabet has this problem at home and she told me that thanks to Teaming there was union with colleagues where before there was more distance. Yesterday she sent me a mail telling that her Teaming case even extended to the Radio and Television Corporation where apart form asking on a voluntary basis 1€ per month they bought 500 of her books about Gina and they are offered internally for the Teaming price of 1€. This is another example that once Teaming started it can only grow! By the way from Amsterdam I was contacted by Wieneke for an interview in the program Pauw en Witteman (between the best known in Holland) and I hope that this may generate as much Teaming as Elisabet’s interview did!

Gracias a nuestra presencia en el libro “Teaming”, nos contactó Dolors, la madre de Elisabet y abuela de Gina, para ver si podiamos colaborar con ellas, en la lucha contra el síndrome de Rett, nos vinieron a exponer la situación en la Penya Barcelonista Centenari, y desde ese mismo momento, aunque sea a pequeño nivel, estamos colaborando, intentando conseguir que muchos granitos de arena formen una gran montaña.

Gracias Teresa, sois un gran ejemplo de que en cada colectivo se puede hacer Teaming.Y no importa la cantidad,importa el hecho de hacerlo y contarlo…
