22/5: Evolución social / Social evolution
Sigo recibiendo muchos mails desde Argentina de gente muy entusiasmada sobre el Teaming. Me escribió por ejemplo Amalia, estudiante de la Universidad de Belgrano en Buenos Aires quien ha incluido el Teaming en un proyecto que esta desarrollando sobre la evolución social. Que honor! En un resumen muy interesante que me envió se compara la evolución tecnológica con la social respondiendo la pregunta “porque en 1969 ya eramos capaces de enviar a personas a la luna mientras en el 2008 aún no hemos encontrado la solución para luchar contra la pobreza?” Amalia también esta en contacto con una amiga suya quien trabaja en la central de Dupont en Wilmington para mover el Teaming conjuntamente desde abajo hacia arriba en esta multinacional. Ya la respondí para decir (aparte de muchas gracias!) que creo mucho en la evolución (y no en revoluciones) social que ella describe y que con paciencia y eneria positiva seguro que consiguen el Teaming en Dupont. Y hablando de mover la idea desde abajo hacia arriba… Ayer estaba reunido con Marta Rodriguez, Directora de RRHH de la empresa Abacus con mas de 600 empleados. Marta me dijo que hace unos dias conoció el Teaming gracias a un empleado quién lo propuso. Le gusta mucho la idea y ya estan dando los primeros pasos! Otro ejemplo de evolución social…

I keep on receiving many mails from Argentina from very enthusiastic people about Teaming. I was written for example by Amalia, student of the University Belgrano in Buenos Aires who included Teaming in a project she is developing about social evolution. What an honor! In a very interesting resume she sent me a comparison is made between the technological and social evolution answering the question “why in 1969 we were already able to send persons to the moon whereas in 2008 we still haven´t found a solution to fight poverty?” Amalia is also in contact with a friend who works at the Dupont headquarters in Wilmington to move Teaming together bottom up in this multinational. I already answered her to say that (apart from thank you very much!) I believe very much in the social evolution (and not in revolutions) she describes and that with patience and positive energy they definitely will achieve Teaming in Dupont. And talking about moving the idea bottom up… Yesterday I met with Marta Rodriguez, HR Director of the company Abacus with more than 600 employees. Marta told me that she learned about Teaming a couple of days ago thanks to an employee who proposed it. She likes the idea very much and they are already making the first steps! Another example of social evolution…
