24/5: Teaming Aroma!
Una idea puede tener un aroma? Segun la empresa Akewuele www.akewuele.com si! Ayer me presentaron el diseño de una cajita que hará olor a los valores de Teaming como libertad, union, solidaridad… En España este producto ya es bastante conocido porque han hecho un aroma para el Partido Socialista y parece que cada vez mas empresas quieren tener un “olor corporativo”. En esta cajita hay un mensaje diciendo “Gracias a ti hay mas Teaming en el mundo! Muchas gracias por tu ayuda, Mónica & Jil” y será un detalle personal que daré a los amigos que estan haciendo el Teaming cada dia mas grande. Una de estas amigas es por ejemplo Laura Ubalde quién ha coordinado este regalo con Akewuele y quién no para de mover el Teaming en diferentes empresas y colectivos. Gracias a ella entré en contacto con la escuela de negocios EADA donde ya he hecho varias charlas y clases de Teaming y donde el lunes tendré una reunión con el Director del Departamento de Investigación. También Laura es la Teaming Manager de EOL donde aplicando el Teaming ya ha conseguido 8.000 Euros para un proyecto muy bonito en Filipinas. Can an idea have an aroma? According to the company Akewuele www.akewuele.com it can! Yesterday they presented to me a design of a small box that will smell to the values of Teaming like freedom, union, solidarity… In Spain this product is already quite known because they made an aroma for the Socialist Party and it seems that more companies want to have their “corporate smell”. On this box there is a message saying “Thanks to you there is more Teaming in the world! Many thanks for your help, Mónica & Jil” and this will be a personal detail I will give to the friends making Teaming bigger every day. One of these friends is for example Laura Ubalde who coordinated this present with Akewuele and who doesn’t stop moving Teaming in different companies and groups. Thanks to her I came into contact with the business school EADA where I already did various Teaming presentations and lessons and where on Monday I will have a meeting with the Director of the Research Department. Laura is also the Teaming Manager of EOL where applying Teaming she already achieved 8.000 Euros for a very nice project in Philippines.
