28/6: La actitud positiva / The positive attitude

Aparte de leer cada dia sobre los ejemplos “clasicos” del Teaming (como Jorge Lopez Vida quién desde Argentina me envió un mail diciendo que estan aplicando la idea en su grupo de empresas Andecam para la Ong “Argentina Suma” y encima Jorge se ofrece para ayudar a desarrollar mas Teaming en su pais) me encanta ver que la idea también causa otro tipo de trabajo en equipo y unión. Me refiero a un mensaje de Alejandra Hernandez de la empresa Teaming Nilfisk-Advance en Mexico. Ellos me han invitado a venir a su empresa finales de julio para hacer varias charlas para su personal y sus distribuidores y han visto que el dia 29 aún tenía tiempo en la agenda por la mañana. Por eso ellos han coordinado con el Tecnológico de Monterrey (la universidad privada mas grande de Latino America) que en su Campus Ciudad de Mexico voy a presentar el Teaming entre las 9 y 11h para poder difundir la idea a mucha mas gente. En Nilfisk no piensan en ninguna “exclusividad” por el hecho que ellos pagan mi vuelo y hotel. Simplemente ayudan a generar mas Teaming y me encanta ver esta actitud positiva. El Teaming no crea competencia. Solo unión! Muchas gracias a todos!

Apart from reading every day about the “classic” examples of Teaming (like Jorge Lopez Vida who from Argentina sent me a mail telling that they are applying the idea in their group of companies Andecam for the Ngo “Argentina Suma” and on top of that Jorge offers to help developing more Teaming in his country) I love to see that the idea also causes another type of teamwork and union. I refer to a message from Alejandra Hernandez from the Teaming company Nilfisk-Advance in Mexico. They have invited me to come over to their company by the end of July to do various presentations for their staff and dealers and they saw that the 29th I still had some time in the agenda in the morning. That’s why they coordinated with the Tecnológico de Monterrey (the biggest private university of Latin America) that at their Campus of Mexico City I will present Teaming between 9 and 11h. in order to spread the idea to much more people. Within Nilfisk they don’t think about any “exclusivity” for the fact that they pay for my flight and hotel. They simply help to generate more Teaming and I love to see this positive attitude. Teaming doesn’t create competition. Only union! Many thanks to all of you!
