7/7: Vacaciones constantes / Constant holidays
Como ya estamos en julio escucho mucho la tipica pregunta “cuando te vas de vacaciones?” Cuando respondo “nunca” quizas suena un poco dramatico, pero la verdad es que en los últimos 10 años no ha sido posible irme de vacaciones durante unas semanas (digamos lo normal) simplemente porque con Mónica es dificil viajar. Prefiero responder que estoy de vacaciones constantemente porque desarrollar el Teaming no es ninguna obligación sino una pasión. Aparte de esto tengo la suerte que hago cada vez mas viajes de unos dias para difundir la idea gracias a invitaciones de personas que creen mucho en Teaming. Como Ana Maria Rodriguez de Colombia quién he conocido despues de una charla de Teaming en EADA y quién ahora me contactó para coordinar fechas porque esta organizando unos eventos con universidades, empresas y fundaciones en su pais en septiembre. Genial! Seguro que será otro gran paso hacia mas Teaming y tengo mucha suerte que me lo paso tan bien “trabajando” de esta manera. Por cierto pienso lo mismo sobre otra invitación que recibí para presentar el Teaming en la fabrica de Iveco en Madrid. Suena menos exotico que Colombia pero también lo veo como vacaciones!

As we are already in July I very often hear the typical question “when do you go on holidays?” When I answer “never” it might sound a bit dramatic, but to be honest in the past 10 years it has not been possible to go on holidays for a couple of weeks (let’s say the normal thing) simply because with Mónica it is difficult to travel. I prefer to respond that I am on a constant holidays because developing Teaming is not any obligation but a passion. Apart from this I am very lucky that I do more and more journeys of some days in order to spread the idea thanks to invitations of persons who believe a lot in Teaming. Like Ana Maria Rodriguez from Colombia who I met after a Teaming presentation at EADA and who now contacted me to coordinate dates because she is organizing some events with universities, companies and foundations in her country in September. Great! Sure that this will be another big step towards more Teaming and I am really lucky that I am having such a good time “working” this way. By the way I think the same about another invitation I received to present Teaming at the Iveco factory in Madrid. This sounds less exotic than Colombia but I also see this as holidays!
