9/7: Credibilidad es la clave / Credibility is the key
Cuando empezaba a difundir el Teaming (en el año 2000) realmente era muy dificil de convencer a la gente. Aunque repetia de mil maneras diferentes que solo es una idea transparente, democratico, voluntario sin numero de cuenta, personal y oficinas de alguna manera la gente no me entendía y algunos me preguntaban lo que muchos pensaban..”tu que ganas con esto?” Todo cambió cuando tenía el apoyo publico de gente conocida como Frank Rijkaard y Shakira y sobre todo cuando había las primeras empresas conocidas aplicando y difundiendo la idea. De repente había credibilidad! Sabiendo que los ejemplos y el prestigio de ”los grandes” son tan importante para el Teaming estoy muy contento cómo la universidad privada mas grande de Latino America el Tecnológico de Monterrey apoya la idea aparte de empezar a aplicarlo en varios campus. Gracias a las charlas que he hecho en Querétaro y las que haré en sus campus en Mexico DF (29 de julio) y Saltillo (26 de septiembre) han puesto estos links y banners en sus portales y es un honor ver el Teaming al lado del mensaje del Rector Dr. Rafael Rangel. When I started to spread Teaming (in the year 2000) it was actually very difficult to convince the people. Although I repeated a thousand different ways that it is only a transparant, democratic and voluntary idea without bank account, staff or offices some way people didn’t understand me and some of them asked me what a lot of people thought…”what do earn with this?” Everything changed when I had the public support of known people like Frank Rijkaard and Shakira and especially when the first known companies started applying and spreading the idea. Suddenly there was credibility! Knowing that the examples and the prestige of “the big ones” are so important for Teaming I am very happy how the biggest private university of Latin America the Tecnológico de Monterrey is supporting the idea apart from starting to apply it at various campus. Thanks to the presentations I have done in Querétaro and the ones I will do at their campus in Mexico City (29 July) and Saltillo (26 September) they have put these links and banners at their portals and it is an honor to see Teaming next to the message of the Rector Dr. Rafael Rangel.
