10/7: Cuestión de paciencia / A matter of patience
Cuando el año pasado me han hecho varias entrevistas en TV3 (ver por ejemplo http://blip.tv/file/182578/ ) y viendo el efecto positivo para el Teaming, inmediatamente he contactado con todas las otras canales de television en España para pedir su ayuda pero no hubo respuesta. Por eso ayer estaba muy contento ver entre mis mails un mensaje de Sandra Jimenez de Tele5 (para la gente fuera de España es uno de los grandes a nivel nacional) diciendo que tiene todo el apoyo de sus jefes para ser la Teaming Manager de este grupo y mover la idea con sus compañeros! Hablando con Sandra para responder unas preguntas practicas me dijo que ella ha conocido el Teaming por mi libro que han regalado a su marido que trabaja en ING! Es decir el hecho que ahora van a empezar el Teaming en Tele5 no tiene nada que ver con mi “mini mailing” del año pasado sino funciona gracias a la bola de nieve que esta creciendo cada dia. Tener paciencia nunca ha sido precisamente mi punto mas fuerte pero con este ejemplo veo que si eres constante y haciendo cada dia lo maximo que puedes, los resultados llegarán automaticamente. A ver si aprendo un dia! Por cierto Sandra me dijo que una vez que hayan votado por el proyecto solidario hará un esfuerzo para que cubran esta noticia en algun programa de Tele5 para ayudar a difundir mas el Teaming. When last year I was interviewed a couple of times at TV3 (see for example http://blip.tv/file/182578/ ) and seeing the positive effect for Teaming, immediately I contacted with all the other TV channels in Spain in order to ask for their help but there was no response. That’s why yesterday I was very happy to see between my mails a message from Sandra Jimenez from Tele5 (for the people outside Spain this is one of the big ones at national level) telling that she has the full support of her bosses to be the Teaming Manager of this group and to move the idea with her colleagues! Talking to Sandra to respond some practical questions she told me that she learned about Teaming through my book that was given to her husband who works fro ING! So the fact that now Teaming is started within Tele5 doesn’t have anything to do with last year’s “mini mailing” but works thanks to the snowball which is growing every day. Having patience has never been exactly my strongest point but with this example I see that being constant and doing the maximum you can every day, results will come automatically. Let’s see if I learn some day! By the way Sandra told me that once they voted for the solidary project she will do an effort so that this news will be covered in some Tele5 program to help spreading more the idea. Many thanks!
