Si todos los responsables de RRHH fueran como Carmen Jasanada el Teaming crecería incluso mucho mas rapido de lo que ya hace ahora mimso! Lo que ella esta haciendo se puede comparar con un paquete completo o un todo incluido! Conocí a Carmen hace unas semanas en Barcelona despues de una charla e inmediatamente durante el coffee break me preguntó si podría venir a Castellon para presentar la idea a sus compañeros de la multinacional Ferro donde ya hacen muchas acciones sociales y donde el Teaming será un instrumento mas para generar ayuda en equipo sin esfuerzo de nadie. Respondí claro que si y gracias por la invitación! Ya hemos confirmado que sobre el 22 de septiembre estaré en Castellon y seguro que será otro bonito ejemplo de Teaming que automaticamente se difundirá a otras personas en esta región de España y (porque no…) con el tiempo quizas incluso a su sede en los EEUU? Y mientras tanto Carmen también ha puesto el Teaming en su pagina web personal donde habla de tendencias empresariales y donde dice textualmente “me encanta compartir y conocer”. If all the HR managers were like Carmen Jasanada Teaming would even grow much quicker than it already does right now! What she is doing can be compared with a full package or an all inclusive! I met Carmen some weeks ago in Barcelona after a presentation and immediately during the coffee break she asked me if I could come to Castellon in order to present the idea to her colleagues of the multinational Ferro where they already do many social actions and where Teaming will be another instrument to generate aid by a team without anybody’s effort. I answered yes ofcourse and thanks for the invitation! We already confirmed that by September the 22nd I will be in Castellon and sure that this will be another nice Teaming example that will automatically be spread to other persons in this region of Spain and (why not…) by the time perhaps even to her headquarters in the USA? And in the mean time Carmen also put Teaming at her personal web site where she talks about corporate tendencies and where she literally says “I love to share and learn”.
