16/7: No limites en ayuntamientos / No limits in townhalls
Me alegro mucho que hoy recibí un mail de Lieke van Bussel del ayuntamiento de Noordwijkerhout, Holanda diciendo que ya esta promocionando el Teaming con sus compañeros. Como por ejemplo Siscu de Souza quién hace unas semanas me escribió para decir que propuso la idea al alcalde de Vilafranca, España despues de ya haber aplicado el Teaming en su empresa Brose para la construcción de una escuela en Quisqueya, Republica Dominicana. Hace unos años hubiera pensado que podría ser dificil hacer Teaming en ayuntamientos por temas burocraticos e incluso politicos. Pero acabé con esta duda el año pasado cuando durante una entrevista en Radio Sabadell me dijeron que en el ayuntamiento de esta ciudad (a que pertenece esta radio) ya estan aplicando el Teaming sin ningun problema. Es una confirmación mas de que el Teaming es un proyecto de la gente y no de las empresas u otras organizaciones que solo son plataformas para gestionar. Por eso el Teaming no tiene limites, ni en ayuntamientos!

Today I was very happy to receive a mail from Lieke van Bussel from the townhall of Noordwijkerhout, Holland telling that she is already promoting Teaming with her colleagues. As for example Siscu de Souza who wrote me some weeks ago to tell that he proposed the idea to the mayor of Vilafranca, Spain after already having applied Teaming in his company Brose for the construction of a school in Quisqueya, Dominican Republic. Some years ago I would have thought that it could be difficult to start Teaming within townhalls for bureaucratic and even political reasons. But I finished with this doubt last year when during a radio interview at Radio Sabadell I was told that in the townhall of this city (to which this radio belongs) they are already applying Teaming without any problem. This is another confirmation that Teaming is a project of the people and not of the companies or other organisations that are only platforms to manage. That’s why Teaming doesn’t have limits, not even in townhalls!
